Prepare yourself by purifying your mind and body, then set a clear intention for the Pradakṣiṇā practice, such as seeking spiritual growth, purification, or worldly success.

Step 2Initial Worship and Invocation

Begin by worshipping the deity or sacred site with a heartfelt invocation, using traditional prayers and mantras like the Maha Mrityunjaya mantra to invoke divine presence and protection.

Step 3Circumambulation with Awareness

Perform the circumambulation in a clockwise direction while maintaining mindfulness of your breath, steps, and the sacred energy surrounding the deity or site, using your mala to count the rounds.

Step 4Prostration and Offering

Periodically pause to prostrate and offer prayers, sandalwood paste, or incense sticks as a gesture of humility, gratitude, and devotion, reflecting on the transience of life and the permanence of the divine.
